The first step of the Nai Manzil scheme is to create awareness among potential beneficiaries about the benefits of the program. By reaching out to communities, educational institutions, and local stakeholders, we ensure that school dropouts understand the transformative potential of Nai Manzil in providing them with a second chance at education and better livelihood prospects.

Mobilization Drive

Following awareness generation, we launch a mobilization drive to identify and encourage school dropouts to participate in the program. Our team actively engages with youths, motivating them to embrace education and skill training as pathways to brighter futures.

Counseling

We understand that choosing the right educational and skill development path is crucial for the participants' success. Through personalized counseling sessions, we help them identify their interests, strengths, and career goals. This ensures that their educational and skill training choices align with their aspirations, increasing their chances of successful employment or self-employment.

Enrollment in NIOS:

As part of Nai Manzil's integrated approach, we offer basic education (up to 8th standard) through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or State Institute of Open Schooling (SIOS). This empowers school dropouts to acquire essential educational qualifications and lays a strong foundation for further skill development.

Skill Training:

With basic education underway, we focus on providing quality skill training to the participants. Our skill development programs are designed to impart practical expertise and industry-relevant knowledge, ensuring that the trainees are equipped to excel in their chosen fields.

Arrangement for Employment / Self-Employment:

Upon successful completion of the skill training, we extend our support to arrange suitable employment opportunities or self-employment options for the participants. We collaborate with industries, businesses, and entrepreneurs to match the skills of our trainees with the demands of the market.

Delivery of Scheme Benefits:

As part of our commitment to the participants' well-being during the training period, we provide several scheme benefits, including stipends, training kits, refreshments, and hostel facilities*. These provisions ensure that the trainees can focus entirely on their educational and skill development journey without any financial burden.
