Swabalamban, Oil-CSR project implemented by down town charity trust for skill development in the trade General Duty Assistant. As per the Mou signed between Oil India limited and down town charity trust, the project was implemented from 2017 where 50 trainees were trained. Again in 2018, 100 trainees and in 2019, 150 trainees were trained. For the session 2019-20 two new trade optometry and radiology are introduced where 60 trainee doing training from each trade.
